The potentiometer codes indicate they were made during the 10th week of 1965. The rest of the stamp indicates the neck was stamped during September of 1965 and has the standard neck width.

The way that a Fender guitar expert dates a Fender Stratocaster is with the neck and body dates, potentiometer codes, features, and the serial number. The white Fender Stratocaster above has a neck stamp of "2SEP65B", but the first "2" doesn't indicate the day, it's the model code for Stratocaster.

Other websites might be scam ones so I’d focus on using Guitar Insite or the Fender Website.
Pickups are not a good reference because they are easily changed, and Noiseless ones (the vintage) are a favorite forgery target (check bottom of pickup). The other defining features are headstock shape, location of the decals, font of the serial number, truss rod hole (big indicator).
It could be a forgery (less likely if the serial is correct). Keep in mind, when trying to figure out your Stratocaster pay attention to the features that came out the year it was released. It’s not perfect but it’s mostly awesome!
